An airplane that used as the main transport is AN-2, which is much cheaper than a helicopter, operating costs are 4-7 times less than those of a helicopter. At the same time, it will perform most of the tasks performed by a helicopter in field conditions.

Involvement of the potential of civil aviation for the purposes of medical support, evacuation of wounded  and transportation of critical humanitarian  cargo

For military personnel

Provision of fast and effective medical evacuation services to soldiers wounded in conflict zones.

This includes coordinating with ground forces and other military units to safely remove wounded soldiers from the combat zone, transport them to field hospitals or other medical facilities for treatment, and ensure that they receive the necessary care to recover from their injuries.

For civilians

 Providing assistance to civilians affected by the Russian occupation in the conflict zones. This includes medical evacuation services for civilians injured in the conflict zones. As well as providing humanitarian assistance to affected civilians in the conflict zone and working closely with other non-governmental organizations to coordinate supportive efforts.

THE MAIN COMPONENT IN OUR PROJECT "BEAM" ARE PILOTS WHO ARE READY TO SIT AT THE WHEEL AND FLY "UNDER RADARS" AND UNDER ENEMY FIRE AS CLOSE TO THE FRONT LINE AS POSSIBLE TO SAVE THE LIVES OF SOLDIERS AND CIVILIANS TRAPPED IN THE FRONTLINE AREA. 1 STEP

Raising $240,000 to purchase the first 2 AN-2 aircraft along with a vehicle for the ground support team (equipped with a repair kit, additional fuel tanks, a generator) and payment for the first 100 flight hours to launch the project

2 STEP

​Signing of the Memorandum on cooperation between the NGO and the Ministry of Defense (after confirmation of the availability of aircraft, material base and personnel at the NGO)

3 STEP

​Signing contracts with pilots who agreed to participate in the project (pilot and engineer)

4 STEP

​Acceptance of the aircrafts into operation of the NGO

5 STEP

Coordination of tasks with the Ministry of Defense and formation of flight plans

6 STEP

Start of missions flights

7 STEP

Preparing monthly reports and, if necessary, making a decision to increase the number of aircraft in accordance with the scope of tasks
